What you’ll get

  • Intake Assessment

    Uncover you personal goals and meet with your health coach to review

  • Diagnostic Testing

    Body Composition Scan and Resting Metabolic Rate Test

  • Personal Review Appointment

    Meet 1:1 with your coach to go over your results and review an outlined nutrition strategy

  • 12 Small Group Training Sessions

    Meet with your fitness coach twice per week for a small group training session

  • 7 Educational Lectures

    Scheduled for both in-person and virtual experiences, topics include nutrition education, habit formation, stress management and mindfullness

  • Repeat Diagnostics and Evaluation

    Look at your progress over the 8 weeks and meet with your health coach on how to continue your journey after the completion of the course.

    • Workouts begin: Wednesdays and Fridays at 10 am

    • 2x Workouts per Week: Wednesday/Fridays at 10 am

    • Repeat Diagnostics and Individual Evaluations
