  • Lab Panels

    Our lab panels are built to give a comprehensive overview of the most pertinent biomarkers surrounding cardiovascular disease, metabolic disease, hormone health, micronutrient levels, and stress markers. Add-ons are available to meet the health needs of our patients as they arise.

    Patients may choose to go to a LabCorp location for their draw. Use this LapCorp Location Finder to schedule your draw at a convenient location.

    A mobile phlebotomists can be arranged for an additional fee. Fees vary based on location. Contact us to schedule.

  • Specialty Testing Options

    For specialty testing, a consultation appointment is required prior to ordering.

    Please schedule here. Consultations are $69 and payment is due prior to appointment time.

    Some specialty testing kits are sent directly to your home. When ordering, please double check your mailing address to ensure accurate delivery. Kits are sent out 2-3 days after the order is placed. Result times vary so please allow 2-3 weeks for results after test completion.

    For in-person testing, location options are noted in the test description. Once your order is placed, you will be sent a scheduling link to reserve a time at your convenience.

    Certain restrictions exist for NY, NJ, and RI residents. Please email us before placing your lab order.

    Lab requisitions are created within 24 hours of placing your order. We recommend scheduling an appointment at LabCorp and taking a copy of your requisition with you.

    Orders are non-refundable. Results will be sent via HIPAA compliant messaging.

  • Once checkout is complete, a user account will be set up in a platform called Elation. Customers will receive an email from this platform with login information to a HIPAA compliant EHR system. Lab requisitions can be downloaded from this protal.

    Customers can locate the nearest LabCorp location and schedule a time for their draw.

    Once results are in, a follow-up email will be sent.

    Please note that ordering labs through the CFMS does not constitute the creation of a physician-patient relationship. It is expected that you follow up and review your results with your physician. If you do not have a physician who you can review these with, please use the CFMS Directory to obtain a lab review appointment with an approved provider.
